The space includes a fully equipped and well stocked modern kitchen for those who enjoy preparing meals at home. I take pride in ensuring the villa is spotless and will follow all guidelines for disinfecting and sanitizing all surfaces as per Covid-19 guidelines. The bathroom features a spa quality rain shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The villa also features a private outdoor shower for those days after the beach. The interior space includes a private bedroom with its own sliding glass doors and sliding screen doors, custom designed and custom built fixtures and finishes. Pool side you will find the heated pool, a large custom built-in outdoor day bed for those lazy afternoons. There are also pool side chaise lounge chairs and comfy outdoor bean bags to lounge on. The deck includes a dinning set to enjoy your meals or coffee alfresco style. There is plenty of closet space in the bedroom. There is breakfast bar and good sized lounge area with large couch and ottoman. Enjoy listening to music with the Bluetooth stereo and watching movies with the large screen tv. The villa includes a large private driveway for your rental car. The fridge is always stocked with juice, water and soda for your stay. Guests enjoy private access to the entire property. Villa Cocuyo is facing east enjoying beautiful sunrises and a great view of the north shore looking east to Gracebay beach. The closest beach on Gracebay is the Bight Park Beach. Its exactly 4 minutes and 45 seconds by car...I timed it:) Best to rent a vehicle from one of our many reputable car rental companies on island. Avis or hertz are very reputable. The Villa has beach chairs, umbrella and coolers for your day at the beach. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, large screen TV with cable TV and Netflix, air conditioning, Bluetooth portable stereo, Bluetooth home stereo, pool side dinning table and chairs, chaise lounge chairs, pool side daybed, private garden and driveway.
