Take the picnic rug and enjoy the grassy hilltop where locals come to watch the surfers. Listen to music & people watch with a drink/ food & enjoy the cruisy vibe. A stone's throw from James Streets trendy cafes, restaurants & nightlife. The property has its own access & has been decorated with good quality new furniture and decor with luxury touches. Ocean views from the dining and lounge, that has a smart TV to keep you connected to the world with free fast wifi and Netflix. There is a 4 seater dining table, a kitchenette with a large fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, double cooktop, pots and pans, toaster, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities ( no oven and the kit here does not have a sink, dishes are done in the portable tub in the bathroom). Also, there is a 4-6 place setting of cutlery, crockery and glassware. The lounge suite has a large fold-out sofa bed (queen sized) that accommodates 2 people, with its own luxury mattress topper. The bathroom (also with ocean views over the rooftops) has luxury 100% Egyptian cotton soft fluffy towels, a toilet, shower and spa. There are 1000 thread count 100% pure Egyptian cotton sheets on the sofa bed and the queen-sized bed. Please note the room with the queen bed is not a standard bedroom, the ceiling height is 1900mm (not the standard 2400mm). The room was an under-house storeroom that has been converted to a bedroom and there is no window. Although its is not a standard bedroom, it is has a cosy feel and is a great space to snuggle up in, best of all the extra space gives the ability to have 4 people at this amazing location. This property is the lower level of a 3 level house and you will hear standard house noises and footsteps from time to time. This is a strictly 'no party' property- it is located in a residential area. 4 people maximum to stay and only those listed on the booking. In consideration for other guests staying on different levels of the house, strictly no smoking, in or around the property. With famous juice bars, healthy cafes & copious amounts of restaurants you will be spoilt for choice There are plenty of Ubers/ Taxi's serving the area 3 minute walk to the bus stop at Burleigh School this will take you to all the THEME PARKS, Movie World, Australian Outback Spectacular, Wet n Wild, Dreamworld and Seaworld in around 45 minutes! If you do not want to drive, you can walk to beach, local shops and public transport.
