Amazing apartment with the most beautiful ocean view and breeze Located in an exclusive area where we share the beach only with an exclusive resort and few neighbors Safe, quiet, a paradise in the north West of Puerto Rico Aguadilla airport is right there , we have restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket and everything you need a few minutes distances. This is a surfing and kite surfing area and one of the most famous spots for this activity is right in front of the house!!! This is a house divided in 3 entire and separated apartments Two in the first floor and one in the second one. They share the common spaces like parking, deck, pool and laundry. Common space is big enough to keep the guests enjoying and not being disturbed for other tenants. Note Due to the Coronavirus pandemic we added some rules , social distancing is required in the premises . The pool can be used by one group of apt guest or tenants at a time. If there is more than une group waiting to use the swimming pool a time a limit of 60 minutes will apply. Otherwise you can keep on using the pool No lifeguard on the premises. please use at your own risk Thanks for your cooperation ! You will need a car to move in this area, to go to dinner or supermarket Villa Montaña resort is right there , one block distances and you have few restaurants inside to enjoy NO extra guests ( guests not registered in the reservation) or daily visitors are allowed in the premises Not activities or parties are allowed in this property No lifeguard on the premises We will be forced to terminate the reservation if this rule is not respected Thanks for your cooperation!
