This 540 ft² studio is furnished with a King sized bed, two night stands, a two piece leather sectional and a tray table. Guests will have access to a flat screen tv, cable, wireless internet, air conditioning, 2 ceiling fans, a built in wardrobe, iron and ironing board. Hot water is also available. The studio includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4 burner range cooktop, microwave, kettle and a refrigerator. The apartment is located in a multi storey building. There is a laundry area (common property) with washing machines and dryers. Tokens are available for purchase from the Building Management and Staff. There is a receptionist at the entrance to the building, who can answer any questions in relation to the common property, including garbage disposal. Finally, there is on-site parking. There is sufficient parking for residents and guests. Guests are able to use the laundry area which forms part of the common property . There are washing machines and dryers available for use. Centrally located in the business, entertainment, cultural and sporting centre of New Kingston. The Emancipation Park and Knutsford Boulevard (“Hip Strip”) are walking distance from the apartment. The “Knutsford Express” office, is a 5 minute drive away. Knutsford Express is a private coach service that transports tourists to the nearby airport in Kingston and across the island to Montego Bay, Negril, Ocho Rios, Port Antonio and other local destinations. The National Stadium, Sabina Park, The Little Theater, The Bob Marley Museum, and Devon House are all within (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes drive from the apartment. The apartment is in New Kingston and therefore there is easy access to public transportation (short walk to bus stop), private taxis and Knutsford Express (for the airport and across the island)
