This newly finished studio apartment is perched above Red Hook with commanding views over the Harbor and extending all the way to St. John. The studio has a lovely king bed that gazes out to the STUNNING view, a full kitchen, eat-in dining table, dish network television and wifi. It sits above the center of RedHook and less than a half mile from the St. John ferry. There is a shared driveway with 3 parking spots. The studio is the lower portion of the house and accessed by gravel walkway. The upper portion of the house is Brigadoon, a 2 bedroom vacation rental. Both the Studio and Brigadoon can be rented together or by separate parties. It is advisable to rent a small car as main hill is. For very fit walkers. Red Hook We are situated on top of a hill (thus the incredible views). It's a steep hill that sits directly above Red hook and we do recommend renting a car. *** The VI Government requires us to collect 12.5% hotel tax based on the rental rate.
