Alianz Loft

First loft built by (Website hidden by Airbnb) It contains a decked terrace, jacuzzi, firepit, rabbits garden, two rooms, two balconies, entrance gate, private garden, private parking, BBQ area, AC in each bedroom, basketball court, luxury beds, and mountain views. Ideal for architecture lovers, romantic dates, or having a good time. It is a unique space of his kind. Only pets that do not harm rabbits are allowed. Entrance with keyboard, don't worry about arrival time. Only rented by the complete loft , my relatives houses and our architectural office are 800ft (75mts) away, the property has big green areas, Hall for group activities, BBQ, children playground, nice gazebo and a small farm. It's a gated community, will be weddings on the green areas at 300 feets away on weekends that takes 5 hours per day, with fireworks at night sometimes. No unauthorized meetings more than 4 or events are allowed. All loud music must end by 9pm because the place has a patent for events until that time. You can use the property for walk, use the playground, gazebo (recommended for romantics) , trampoline, play with the horse, and visit the farm. Help with recommendations is available. Our office is at 400 feets in the same gated community, so if help is needed we will stay close all day, Small Town, very close to principal main roads, or Volcano or Waterfalls Areas. Please check the guide. Recommended stay one day on the apartment relaxing. Most recomended restaurant is Casa Grande 5 mins away, or more typical food Carretica 8 mins away. Automercado supermarket if really complete nice grocery Store. More visited place to travel is La Paz Waterfalls. Recommended only by car, with UBER or rent a car.For arrive to the place, the best way is using Waze app, just search Alianz Estudio on the app. We have a complete guide on the loft for recommendations. On Saturdays or Sundays : There is an event room on the same property. (Aprox 70 meters) Occasionally will be events of weddings with 4 consecutive hours of music. All group activities must end at 9pm. No loud noise is allowed after 9pm please.
