Hacienda 601 in Adjuntas w/Chimney and Heated Pool

In the middle of 30 acres of land, you will find "Hacienda 601"; your home away from home where you can escape the city life to relax and disconnect. Steps away from El Campo es Leña, you will truly experience what Adjuntas is all about. The pool is all for you, no limit on hours. There is no A/C in the rooms but trust me you don’t need it. The room ceiling fans are more than enough. (Yes, this was the property previously known as “Hacienda La Holandesa” but that was the previous owner) IMPORTANT: Our home is located 2 hours away from San Juan and 25 minutes away from Ponce. If you are looking to do tourism in the metro area, such as San Juan, then this place is definitely too far away for that. It's a house in the middle of 30 acres of land on a tropical island. So yes there will be lizards, bugs, etc. We thoroughly clean the house before and after each guest however our tropical animals can show up once in a while. I have seen mice and snakes around the land so if you are picky and don't like nature, this is definitely not the place for you to stay. You get to use the pool, of course, at your own risk. The whole top floor of the house is yours to use. Camacho, property owner and manager, lives in the bottom floor (basement) so if you need anything he is there to assist. He does not access the house while you use it but is working on the land during the day. You will have full access to the top part of the house, which are all the pictures you see, as well as to the pool and exterior. Like I mentioned previously, Camacho, property owner and manager, is the "handyman" of the property so he will most likely be staying in the basement during your stay to take care of the day to day operations of the agriculture and maintenance of the house. Camacho, property owner and manager, lives in the basement and is there to assist 24/7. We have a dog, Pancho, who is always happy to interact with guests. He’s about 10 pounds, loves to be petted and loooves being with all the guests! We are walking distance to El Campo es Leña which has great pizza and even better drinks. You must try "El Leñazo"! Punto Once (it’s about a 35min drive away but they make delicious sandwiches which are totally worth it) 4. Tierra del Frio (PR food) 5. Café Nativo (25 min drive away but amazing brunch!) 6. Kampestre, Jayuya (PR food) 7. Melo’s BBQ 8. Hotel Monte Rio (PR food lunch buffet) 9. Restaurante Las Garzas (PR food) 10. New Mei Wei (chinese food) 11. Pinchos Factory (skewers) 12. Public transportation is nowhere near our place. There is a supermarket which is a 15 minute drive away, Selectos. We recommend to all our guests to bring all your groceries so you won't have to step out and can enjoy the house to the maximum.
