Welcome to Habour Heights - Lower. This spacious and newly renovated one bedroom is located in the neighborhood of the historical Scaur Hill Park. This modern apartment is steps away from a peaceful and panoramic beach perfect for little ones. Feeling adventurous? Snorkel out to the smaller islands and check out the marine life, like parrot fish and TURTLES! This home is within walking distance to two major bus routes and close to attractions, restaurants and entertainment at The Dockyard. This home is a Crown Point "Clean Home" - Each of our homes follow official international vacation rental guidelines for disinfecting and sanitizing vacation homes. This lower one bedroom is great for space and if you need more there is a 2 Bedroom Right Next Door also on AirBnB (Link Below) There are about 10 steps that take you to the entrance of the home. Once inside there is a fitted kitchen with modern appliances and open to the living room space. There is a half-bath located just off of the kitchen which adds comfort for additional or visiting guests. The TV is a 55" flat screen and the modern couch converts into a queen sized bed. The Queen bed suite has a TV, dressers and closet space. The quaint bathroom is shower only and looks out onto the small grilling area. There is a door that leads from the bedroom to the path that takes you to the beach! There is ample outdoor lighting. Beach towels and other beach-going items have been provided during your stay. Harbour Heights is located in a quiet neighborhood that is also home to many other vacation homes with superhost status! This multi-generational neighborhood is safe and within walking distance to historical attractions like The Railway Trail, Heydon Trust and beautiful Fort ruins located at Scaur Hill. The main bus route that travels by the house is the #7 and #8 bus. The bus stops usually look like cute little limestone houses with roofing that looks like the surrounding homes. The bus stops that has a PINK pole heads East into The City of Hamilton. The bus stop that has a BLUE pole heads further west towards The Dockyard (8 minutes away). There is a scooter rental location within walking distance of the home which is great! you can also rent electric two-passenger cars, bikes or hire a taxi. Be sure to call a taxi well in advance as summer time they can be very busy and hard to reach last minute.
