The first floor has 1BR with queen mattress, 1 full bathroom, Living room, dinning area, kitchen, laundry room and a cozy entrance room. The second floor has 2BR with 1 queen mattress each and 1 full bathroom. The three bedrooms have A/C units. The living room has a large TV with ROKU (Netflix & Disney + included). Private Parking lot for 2 midsize cars. New PRIVATE POOL and Patio Seating area. There will always be someone remotely available to help with all of your questions. Everything in the house is at you disposal. - BEACHES - Montones beach (10-15 min drive), Jobos beach (10-15 min), Crash boat beach (20-25 min), Middles Beach (10 min), Pozo Teodoro (10-15 min) and many other beaches in Isabela, Aguadilla, Rincon and others areas. - Ricomini Bakery - 2 min drive - Verde Menta (breakfast and brunch) - 3 min - Walmart and Shopping Center - 2 min - Hospital - 5 min - Fast Foods - Many options available within a 3 min drive - Restaurants - Many available within a 10 mile radius.
