The 2nd floor is not occupied for guests, is our remote office (we avoid going to the property when occupied for privacy). The 1st floor has a private balcony viewing the beach and also a backyard patio with fenced parking. There are 2 fully equipped outdoor bathrooms with showers. The 3 bedrooms have A/C, gas stove, water heater and great wifi. It's about (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minutes from San Juan, and very accessible to discover Puerto Rico! The 3 bedrooms have A/C, gas stove, water heater and great wifi. Please DO NOT flush toilet paper, wipes, diapers, anything!! Let's conserve energy when leaving the property please turn off the A/C, fans, and the lights. Get ready to enjoy at the beach! There are great local restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, bakeries, food trucks and bars in the area. There is in host in town. Available when needed.
