Cabin Name: Owls Roost Come and take a look at this beautifully decorated cottage located just outside of the Smoky Mountains National Park and Cades Cove. Owls Roost is located at the end of a very quiet dead end road. It offers peace and quiet as well as easy access. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 1/2 bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin beds. The main bathroom is off of the living space and offers a standard tub/shower. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. On the back of this cabin is a very large screened in porch. It overlooks a private mountain view and sits over a river. You can not see the river but you can hear the sounds of the rushing water which makes it very relaxing. The screened in porch has several rocking chairs, a swing and outside eating area. There is also an extra large hot tub that will be ready for you to use. Outside of the screened porch you will find a charcoal grill, table and chairs and a fire pit just for your family. Owls Roost provides Comcast cable and free wifi. FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $1000 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. Cancellation Policy: *$50 cancellation fee *Before 30 days - you will get all of your money back (-$50) *Within 30 days - whatever dates we can rebook, this is the amount that we will refund back (-$50). Example: if you had 5 nights & we rebooked 4 nights = you will be refunded 4 night+tax+cleaning fee
