This charming and dreamy artist's home is a tranquil escape minutes away from Lake Waneka, shops, hikes, restaurants, Old Town, and public transport. Our home is lovingly furnished with a shabby chic farmhouse design, lots of natural light, and open floor plan. Well-stocked kitchen, free off-street parking, huge back yard, home theater, free & fast WiFi, and full w/d. Upstairs Master has a queen bed. Fenced yard + pet friendly. Open for longer stays & short-term rentals during the winter. The space We love our sweet home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from all the big shops. Our extra-large backyard has well-established trees, patio seating, a zip line, lots of room to run, and a tree house (enter at your own risk! :)). The master bedroom upstairs with a small private bathroom with a shower feels like it is in a tree house. Regina is an artist, gardener, and tidying coach so there is lavish beauty throughout. The home is well-organized and very clean. Three bedrooms upstairs: 1)The Master bedroom upstairs has a Queen-sized bed with a hybrid memory foam mattress for the ultimate nights sleep and a small private bathroom with a shower. 2) There is a bunk bed with a full-size mattress and single mattress across the hall. 3) The smallest bedroom has a single trundle bed that can convert into a king size that fills the room. The lower "sunken" den/family room has a home theater big comfy couch, recliner chair, and a walkout to the back yard. When our nieces & nephews stay over they love converting the big couches into a fort and sectioning off their own little nooks to watch movies and sleep! Gas Range and Ice Maker in the fully stocked kitchen with semi-new appliances and a stocked Keurig. Full bathroom off the upstairs hall and a shower off the master. Full-size washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway, complete with all the laundry supplies you could wish for. We love pets and are happy to welcome them if they are not destructive and/or loud enough to disrupt our neighbors. We do have several pet etiquette policies and an extra pet fee of $20/night.
