Note: we have a studio lock off with a separate entrance on the lower level of this home. Should you need more room for your party, inquire about adding this one bedroom, one bath with private deck and high-end kitchenette to your reservation, making the rental into a large three bedroom, three bathroom house with two decks! By renting this part of the house, you are acknowledging that you have the entire space to yourself with no access to the studio without having specifically rented the adjoining studio. Convenient parking is coveted in our town on a hill but that is no issue here with the attached two-car garage! People with mobility issues will find the first and main level very easy to maneuver. The kitchen is decked out with brand new white quartz countertops, navy blue custom cabinets, state-of-the-art copper-colored stainless-steel appliances including a third-row dishwasher, gas stove/oven with air fryer feature, upgraded lighting and great kitchen gadgets making family meal prep and entertaining enjoyable.
