We can't wait to welcome you to our home! This property doubles as an award winning inn, the Woodbridge Inn. This listing is for a full home rental. You will have 6 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, a chef's dream kitchen with 8 burners and a large commercial stove, large dining room and living space, all season hot tub, fire pit, and an amazing riverfront yard on 2+ acres. First floor: - Large, fully stocked kitchen with 8 burner stove and stainless steel appliances - Dining room with large farmhouse table and 10+ chairs - Buffet room with coffee bar - Half bath - Double living room with flat screen TV, board games, two couches, and four oversized chairs - Laundry room Second floor: - Two king rooms - Two queen rooms - Four ensuite full bathrooms with stand up showers Third floor: - One king room with twin day bed - One queen room - Two ensuite full bathrooms with stand up showers Outside: - 2+ acres of river front land - Deck with hot tub and gas grill - Fire pit - Large barn for ski storage Private river access perfect for kayaking, fishing, swimming, and tubing. The river varies in depth depending on rainfall, but we can direct you to deeper parts for swimming and more shallow parts for wading all right behind our home. Large barn for ski storage since we are only a 10 minute drive to the Killington Mountain Skyeship. We are on the Killington Snowmobile route so we are outdoor lovers' dream! Prefer to stay in and enjoy the snow from the warmth? Enjoy our spacious living space and cozy up inside with plenty of games and entertainment. The grounds include a propane grill, a fire pit, seating along the river, a full acre+ of open land perfect for picnics, lounging, or building a snowman in the winter! The views are enough to want to move in during all four seasons. We are located perfectly within minutes to Historic Downtown Woodstock, Bridgewater, Killington, and more! The infamous Long Trail brewery and Ramunto's Brick and Brew are our close neighbors. We offer private chef bookings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reach out for more details! All areas of the home are yours to use. We have an owners unit that is attached but it has a private entrance away from the main door. If we are using this unit, we will let you know but the majority of the time we will not be there. We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing. 10 minutes to Killington Skyeship, a short drive to downtown Woodstock. Close to Pico Mountain, Okemo, Suicide 6 ski We have a large spacious parking lot for a large number of guests. Please read our full listing, it will answer a lot of the questions we typically get. No smoking (cigarettes or anything else...) indoors or too close to windows. This one seems obvious, but we've had issues. If we smell smoke in the house we will request your security deposit. If you do smoke outside, be sure to dispose of any remains. No loud parties after 10 pm (city ordinance). Please be respectful of the space, our belongings, and our neighbors, and treat our home as your own. Please do not use confetti or glitter in the house - we had one birthday party use it and we have found remnants of it every day since! Also no tape or tacks on the walls, it takes off the paint! We do not accept any guests to book under the age of 21, you must tell us if anyone in your party is under 21 and if so, you are not permitted to have alcohol in the house (with the exception of children with their parents.) Bachelor(ette) groups - we love you! Our neighbors sometimes don't - if you party in our front yard, on the street, or have any inappropriate decor in our front yard you WILL be asked to leave without a refund. Please note your cleaning fee covers a basic turnover, not excessive trash or dirt. Anything excessive will result in an additional cleaning fee being assessed. The number of guests on your reservation must match the number of guests you bring with you - no exceptions!
