Ideal location - less than a block from lovely Lake Front Park and beach and an easy walk to Huron Pier and Huron Lighthouse. Walk to Huron Boat Basin and Amphitheater for free summer entertainment including bands, festivals and movies - Boppin on the Basin, Arts at the Amphitheater, and Movies by the River. The bright, spacious kitchen has been updated with all new appliances and opens to a dining room with table that comfortably seats 8 with the inserted extension. Enjoy a living room and cottage style family room on the 1st floor. The living room has a flat screen TV (with cable) and DVD player (DVDs available too). The cottage style family room has a new TV with cable so there is room for the kids to have a separate area to relax. The cottage style family room with attached screened-in porch is a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, evening drinks, or read a book. There is plenty of room for your family to have space and relax. The kitchen is spacious, clean and bright. The appliances have all been updated and the kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Basic supplies, such as spices, flour, sugar, condiments are available. A gas grill is available for use. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Two large rooms each with a queen size bed and a smaller room with children's bunk beds. Each bedroom is completely separate. The beds are all furnished with Pottery Barn or Pier 1 bedding. New carpeting upstairs in 2019. There are two full bathrooms. The 1st floor bathroom has the original 1950s pink fixtures, including a tub/shower combo which are in excellent condition. The 2nd floor full bathroom has been updated with a shower. Free high speed WiFi internet. New washer and dryer in basement. Central air and heat. The AC was recently updated. Washer and dryer available in basement. Huron is a short drive to Sandusky and Cedar Point.
