No detail was left out, and we cant wait to share this special place with you. Magnolia Manor was originally built in 1853, and was the home of J.R. White and then occupied by his daughter, Mildred White Wallace from the time of her birth in 1890 until her death in 1981. Mildred was a famous composer and singer, also known throughout the South as the Dixie Bluebird. She was also the editor of The Shelby County Democrat and was well known throughout the area. We purchased the home is total disrepair in 2017 and have spent the last 3 years working hard to bring her back to her original glory. Magnolia Manor features three huge King bedrooms, each with a gorgeous en-suite. A twin cot can be provided, if needed. The space includes an absolutely gorgeous kitchen, living area, two wide hallways with seating, a powder room, and laundry room. There's also a large back porch that is great to hang out, grill, and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen has a large, gathering island and beautiful appliances including a gas stove-top. The living area has a large, super comfortable sectional sofa and a 75" smart TV. Each suite has a 55"smart TV, as well. WiFi works great throughout the home.
