The Swan

The Swan features two staircases to reach the lofted bedrooms where both offer plush queen-size beds. There is an additional fold-out couch to allow this tiny home to accommodate up to 6 guests. Thought staying in a tiny house meant a small kitchen and bathroom? Not in The Swan! The large kitchen and bathroom will surprise you and allow you all the comforts of home. In the living area, relax with your favorite shows on our 42-inch Smart TV, or go tech-free with a wine fridge and built-in fireplace.  During your stay, take advantage of Florida lake life! We encourage all guests to take advantage our FREE kayaks and paddle board rentals as well as our yard games, hammocks, fire pit, propane grill, volleyball, cornhole and fishing gear upon request.
