Welcome to the FF building…the goal is for you to leave Fresh and Fulfilled from your stay! This stunning 2 bedroom condo is less than 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City. The best thing is, you never have to deal with the bad traffic coming to and from the park because you come from the opposite way everyone else does, thus, providing you with the quickest access to the park possible. We are also just a few minutes from Indian Point Marina on beautiful Table Rock Lake. We have stunning views off our back deck of Table Rock Lake as well as the beautiful Ozark Mountains with the silhouettes of roller coasters from Silver Dollar City popping through the trees! Being only 10 minutes from the Branson Strip's shows, shopping, and entertainment, this is the perfect location for your Branson getaway. Thank you for choosing our condo at the Cliffs on Indian Point! We are excited for the opportunity to host you for an amazing vacation! The Unit: This condo boasts a full kitchen and two large bedrooms, each with a king bed, as well as a fold-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids. It's a ground floor unit, meaning that there are about 18 steps down to the unit, but none once you are inside. There is a fireplace for cold nights and a beautiful back deck for those cool Ozark days when you can enjoy the beautiful views of the Ozark mountains and Table Rock Lake. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, while the second bathroom has a nice shower/tub. We provide starters of everything you may need on a vacation including soap, shampoo, dish soap, towels, laundry soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. We have a regular coffee pot, a Keurig coffee maker, and blender. All you need to bring is clothes and food! Amenities: You will have shared access to an outdoor pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 2 brand-new charcoal grills, and a wood fire pit!!! Firewood and charcoal are not provided. Pets: We are pet friendly, but restrict that to 1-2 dogs that are under 25 lbs... We also charge an additional $25 pet fee per dog! Unfortunately we are not able to make any exceptions to host larger dogs at this time.
