Quiet neighborhood with waterfront dock within walking distance. Screened in porch offers comfortable seating with views of the spacious back yard. Camp Lejeune is a short 20 minute drive. Relax and enjoy your time away! Our home includes a master suite with full bath and King bed. Next door is a full bed with twin trundle. Also included is a room with a Queen bed. A second full bath is included to accommodate all guests. Bed linens and bath towels are not included - however bed blankets, comforters and pillows are included. Beautiful open living includes flat screen tv. Gas fire place is NOT functioning at this time. Home is not equipped with Cable tv but there are Amazon firesticks available in all rooms Eat in kitchen is well equipped for family meals with cookware and dinnerware. Full size washer and dryer are included. There is NO phone in the house There are stairs leading into the house but there are no stairs in the house We do not allow any pets Community quiet time 11PM
