Quiet Cottage near Stone Harbor

Enjoy a peaceful cottage in a quiet area just minutes from the Stone Harbor beaches. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Delaware Bay, close to local wineries and breweries! Just 12 minutes north of Cape May. This is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of site seeing or a day at the beach. We are best suited for hosting adult couples who are looking for a comfortable place to relax but we can accommodate up to 4 people. Quiet and comfortable cottage with a private entrance. This cottage is surprisingly secluded and private. The perfect place to relax! We have a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the hall bedroom. The bathroom is located in the master bedroom which is located upstairs. This cottage is not suitable for younger children and may be challenging for seniors because of the steep stairs. The cottage is not child proof and there is a large pond on the property that can pose a risk for children. You will see that our yard is very unique and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do but we do ask that you do not feed the fish or approach the pond without us the first time. We are happy to introduce you to the pond and its inhabitants but it is best for your safety and the animals that call it home. We live on the same property and are available anytime if there is ever anything you need. This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood! We moved here in 2015 and have seen a consistent and steady revitalization of the area. You and your belongings will be safe here. Our property is fenced so bikes and paddle boards can safely be stored on the property. There is quite a few great restaurants within walking distance of the cottage and beaches are only a 5 minute drive! You can bring a bike and hit the trails that are about a 2 minute ride from our house. You can ride your bike to the zoo in about 15 minutes. Our price is based on single or double occupancy and there is additional cost for more than two people staying at our cottage. We provide 2 beach chairs and 2 beach tags for Stone Harbor with your rental. There is one bathroom and it is located in the master bedroom. This is an open floor plan so there are no doors separating the bedrooms. The yard is completely fenced in so if you bring bikes or boards they will be completely safe. There is a large pond on the property that can pose a risk for children so please keep this in mind when choosing to stay here. We charge a 20 dollar per guest, per night, fee after two guests.
