Walk or ski home from the mountain's slopes on winter afternoons, and spend summer days enjoying your private deck, the seasonal swimming pool, and the community's tennis courts. No matter the time of year, you can cap your evenings with a homemade dinner prepared in the kitchenette, and a movie or two in the warmth of the fireplace. What's nearby: This condo is part of the North Creek Resort complex, which sits less than a quarter-mile from the Weider Express High-Speed Lift on the north side of Blue Mountain Resort. You'll be mere steps from a stop for the free resort shuttle bus, which connects to dozens of shops and restaurants in Blue Mountain Village less than a mile south. Come summer, the property is one mile south of Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay (a wonderful spot for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding), one mile north of Monterra Golf (and within a 12-mile drive of four other courses), and an easy, 20-mile day trip from Wasaga Beach. The hot tub is closed at this time. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: Parking passes are NOT REQUIRED at our North Creek Resort units. When staying at your Vacasa North Creek Resort rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Development Parking Lot. If you have any more than two vehicles then any overflow can be parked overnight in a specific parking lot located on the NORTH SIDE of Jozo Weider Boulevard. This parking lot is located in between the Wintergreen condo development (107 Wintergreen Place) and the Mountain Walk condo development (169 Jozo Weider Boulevard). Access to this sizable parking lot is just off Wintergreen Place, very close to the intersection lights on the corner of Jozo Weider Boulevard and Wintergreen Place.
