Come stay in our sunny and comfortable Ardmore home styled with a modern farmhouse feel. Walk to everything in Ardmore- the shops and restaurants, the Ardmore train station with access to both Septa and Amtrak, the library, Haverford College, local parks and playgrounds and more! Easily drive to local colleges or even the city of Philadelphia. This 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is fully remodeled and is perfect for families, accommodating up to 8 people. Extended-Stays Welcome! Ask about Discounted Monthly Rates Our home features: ★Perfect Ardmore location ★FAST WiFi ★Two full bathrooms ★55 inch Smart TV ★Front porch patio ★Fully equipped kitchen ★Reserved Parking for an additional fee The layout of our house can be descripted as follows: ★The first floor has a dining area with a large table, a cozy living room with a large screen TV, and a fully stocked modern kitchen with gas range. There is also a mud room with a half bathroom. ★The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. This floor also has a bonus room with a large screen TV, comfortable sofa, and game table. The full bath has a walk-in glass shower. ★The third floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed and a twin trundle. The full bath has a tub/shower combination. Please note that the stairs to the third floor are steep, as this is an old house, so these bedrooms are not suitable for people with mobility issues. ★There are two full sized washer/dryer sets in the basement. ★The home has a cute covered porch with chairs to enjoy the evening sunset, and a small backyard with an eating area. Guests will be provided a unique code to enter the house Either myself or my management team will be available at all times for any inquiries or requests. Please note, sometimes my management team will be responding on my behalf. Ardmore is described as a town with "small town charm with big-city attractions". Our home is located in the heart of Ardmore, so you feel the vibrancy of the town. We are two blocks from Lancaster Avenue and the Ardmore train station. The shops and restaurants in Suburban Square are a five minute walk. Explore downtown Philadelphia and all the historic sites without the hassle of driving into the city and parking. The train station is less than five minute walk and the R5 train has you downtown at 30th Street Station or Suburban Station in 25 minutes. Area Colleges: ★Haverford College- 3/4 mile ★Bryn Mawr College- 2 miles ★Rosemont College- 3 miles ★Villanova University- 3 miles ★St Josephs University- 4 miles ★Drexel University- 7 miles ★University of Pennsylvania- 8 miles You are within walking distance to all the shopping, restaurants, and cafes that Ardmore offers. The train station is less than five minute walk and the R5 train takes you to Philadelphia (30th Street Station or Suburban Station) in 25 minutes. Parking Options: Our street is 2 hour parking between 8am and 6pm Monday-Saturday. Violations for exceeding the time are $25/day and only one ticket per day would be issued if the car remained in the spot all day. The parking garage at One Ardmore Place, off Cricket Ave allows four hour parking, paid by kiosk or app. This costs 50 cents per hour. There is also a Municipal Lot on Ardmore Ave at Athens Ave which is free after 6pm until 8am. This lot is also free on Saturdays and Sundays. For stays that are a week or longer, we may be able to obtain a parking permit for you or find alternative parking arrangements. We welcome dogs with a $250 pet fee per pet. Please inquire with us before booking with a pet. No cats due to allergies. Please note: We do have a back yard however the yard is not fenced in.
