Guest Access: As a guest at our University Area apartment you have access to the entire apartment. We do however request that the rear entrance of the apartment be used as an emergency exit only. This allows the tenants of the upper apartment a private entrance as well. Also for safety reasons guests are asked to refrain from entering the basement. Interaction with Guests: Maryann and Ken do not live at this property so interaction will be limited to an as needed basis. We will be more than glad to assist guests with any questions, concerns or needs that arise.
