Kuker Carriage House was originally a barn that has been converted into apartments in the heart of the newly revitalized Florence downtown. This first floor unit was just fully renovated and is ready for you to enjoy, whether for a short overnight stop or a longer extended stay. This space is bright and open with lots of natural light and a fully enclosed private courtyard. Queen bed, full bath, Wifi and TV. Walkable to parks and restaurants. Just 4 miles from I95 and I20 Large open interior with queen sized sleeping, a full kitchen with laundry, and a full bathroom. This space is equipped with a work space, eating area, WiFi, and plenty of seating. *Please note that this is an old building with upstairs/downstairs units. There may be times that you will be able to hear sounds from the neighbors upstairs. There are sound machines in the apartment for you to use if you choose.* Outdoors is a private courtyard with eating space and additional seating area. This space is fully enclosed and only accessible from the outside by coded gate lock. Again, please note that the Carriage House is located downtown and you will hear road noise and other city sounds while outside. Our maximum is two adults. Full access to lower apartment We will be available by messaging through AirBnB. Downtown Florence has undergone, and is currently undergoing, a major revitalization. Many new restaurants and shops are within walking distance and the area seems to announce new opportunities for things to do weekly. The Carriage House is just 4 blocks from the Florence County Museum and The FMU Performing Arts Center, and all of the downtown attractions, including the City Farmers Market. Also you will be just one mile from McLeod Medical Center, 3.5 miles from MUSC Florence, and 3 miles from the airport. We are happy to assist in helping you navigate your way and will provide you with detailed directions upon booking the Carriage House. Please note that the Carriage House is located downtown and you will hear road noise and other city sounds. It is also an upstairs/downstairs duplex so you are likely to hear noise from the other unit on occasion. It is important to honor our quiet hours.
