Mini Farm @ Foot of Zion's Beautiful NP-Kolob

We have a large country home and mini farm. The 1200 sq. foot lower level includes 2 private bedrooms with king beds, a private bathroom with a very large shower. A den with a big TV. a small refrigerator, coffee make, toaster oven, eating area, semi-private. If you bring dogs, there is a 2 dog limit. Fees are for each dog $15.00 & dog sitting fee is additional per-day of $20.00 per-dog. Bring your horses and ride the trails. Ask us about the fees for our horses. NO CATS OR BIRDS No smoking. The living space is large with a small table, a small refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven. Big screen TV with a DVD VHS player and ample seating. Bedrooms are private, spacious and bright. Private bathroom is medium size, has a LARGE shower and a place to put your things. You will have access to the private bathroom and one private bedroom for the first 2 persons, the second private bedroom available with 4 persons. Access to den which has a large TV, has a futon for an extra bed and plenty of space for an airbed if needed. There is Wi-fi. We have a large outside area with mostly fields, animal pens, corrals and bear land. There is grass and flower beds. There is a view of Kolob, which is the west most view of Zion natioanl park, from our back yard. We are here to help in any way we can, whether you want suggestions on places to go, what to do, or how to get somewhere, etc. This is a quaint little town with only a US Post Office , no eating places. We have old homes and newer homes, fields, live stock, horses, chickens and vegetable gardens. We have beautiful views of Bumblebee Mountain and Kolob Canyon, which is the western view of Zion National Park. Utah is home to five national parks with Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon are the closest to us. We are adjacent to Pine Valley Mountain Wilderness area where there are hiking and horse trails accessible. We are 20 minutes from the Utah Shakespeare Festival, which is hosted in the summer and fall, and we are 1 hour from Brian Head's Ski Resort which offers outdoor activities year round. We are 5 miles from I-15, exit 42. We are about 20 minutes from Cedar City and about 35 minutes from St.George. These are the two largest cities closest to our location. Kolob 15 min. away on exit 40. Cedar Breaks approximately one hour away. Zion National Park approximately one and a half hours away. Bryce Canyon approximately two and a half hours away. If you book one booking and there are two people, but you need two separate rooms there is a 10.00 linen fee for the second room. Six or more persons there will be an extra 10.00 cleaning charge. If you have a member of your group that was not on the booking and we are not notified of their coming, that person will be charged 30.00 a day.
