The home is located on private, gated grounds, and is set back from the street for absolute serenity. The long driveway and two car garage allow for ample off-street parking. Inside you’ll find a beautiful entry with an open floor plan encompassing the living room, kitchen and dining area, and full bathroom. Living room features a woodburning fireplace and smart TV with cable. The kitchen leads out to the back deck – perfect for seamless cooking inside and out, and for entertaining! The main floor master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom, glass sliding doors leading out to the back porch, and a smart TV. The upstairs master bedroom features a balcony with direct bay views, and a loft perfect for children to play video games on the TV and/or sleep on the futon. The second upstairs bedroom features a solarium with a gas fireplace, a reading nook, a smart TV, and a balcony with direct bay views. These two upstairs bedrooms are adjoined with a jack and jill bathroom. The basement is the perfect place to lounge. It features a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with a sauna, a pool table, a card table, a record player, and a smart TV. The upstairs loft futon and 3 air mattresses offer additional sleeping space for 8. The backyard is the perfect venue for a cornhole tournament (game set included with the house)! Enjoy taking the kayak off the brand new 60 ft bulkhead with 2 new docks, or, feel free to dock your boat or jet ski on one of the 4 boat slips during your stay! Around the corner from the private Harbor Lights Beach and Goose Creek Beach and Playground. Short distance from famous North Fork wineries, breweries and farms. As well as from the towns of Southold, Greenport, Mattituck and Cutchogue with shops, restaurants, museums, parks, harbors, piers, beaches, playgrounds, activities, and much more! The Southold Long Island rail station, the Hampton Jitney stop, and the Hampton Luxury Liner stop are right outside the neighborhood – perfect for commuting from NYC or LI. Shelter Island Ferry also nearby – drive your car right on for access to Shelter Island and the Hamptons. Convenient ferry ride to Connecticut casinos!
