Enjoy the upper level of this charming home nestled at the banks of the Rock River. Newly remodeled spacious 2 bedroom suite with eat in kitchen and separate living room. Private porch and balcony outside the laundry room. Clawfoot tub in the bathroom with a shower attachment. This suite offers plenty of natural light with views overlooking the river. Within walking distance to downtown and everything Fort Atkinson has to offer. The whole upper suite is yours to make yourself comfortable. WIFI, Netflix and Disney plus access for the smart TVs. Keurig and coffee provided for your first night stay. NO PETs. If you use any extra linens/blankets out of dresser, please leave out so I know they need to be cleaned. Access the suite from the front of the building. Use the staircase inside the front door to enter the upper unit. The entire 2nd floor is your own apartment. You will will also have access to the front porch that has nice views of the river. Your own laundry room and small balcony attached to it. If late arrival, let me know and I can turn on the lights to the porch. 2 free parking spots available in back of the building. DO NOT park on the street. Within 45 minutes of Madison, Milwaukee and Lake Geneva. Walking distance from the boat launch, Glacial River trail, and Fort Atkinson Family Aquatic Center. Walgreens and Festival Foods are only a couple blocks away. Jefferson County Fair Ground is less than a 10 minute drive. Plenty of restaurant, fast food, and pub options within walking distance. Walking around town is pretty easy and pleasant. A vehicle is not needed to enjoy your stay here, unless your stay includes travel to other parts of town. Take your car on a short drive to any of our county parks. The suite is located on the second floor. Please make sure you are comfortable walking up two flights of stairs before you book.
