Central air and forced-air AC, free Wi-Fi, backyard with off-street parking spot and unfinished basement with washer and dryer. All blinds are blackout, blocking the majority of light so you can sleep comfortably. Dog friendly, but do not book if you have a dog that you think will have trouble in the unit, such as one that constantly barks. No dogs on beds either. $45 for one dog and $45 more a second dog will be added to reservation once booked.
