Private! The Persons Apartment: in the heart of EA

(Please note our Social Distancing details below, in our description.) We thoroughly remodeled our beautiful apartment, with a large bedroom & a spacious high-ceilinged kitchen / living room! It's right in the center of what's happening in the village, and it's surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, pubs, a brewery!, a bakery, many galleries, museums, Fisher Price Toys! - all within a short walk. There can also be found great skiing, hiking, and biking nearby. Please note, in light of the recent social distancing recommendations (CDC guidelines), we are leaving the apartment empty for at least three days between guests, to allow the apartment to refresh between visits. Of course, we thoroughly clean after each visitor, using an anti-bacterial cleaner. Note also. the apartment has a private entrance. Also, besides our normal high temperature laundering, we have spare pillows and a spare comforter, to allow more time between uses. We've thoroughly updated the apartment in our 1860's mercantile building, with a gorgeous shower, completely modern kitchen, new appliances, and a roomy bedroom (with king size bed, of course!). It provides the comfort and privacy you like, with a private entrance off Main Street, and with large bright windows overlooking East Aurora's bustling Main Street. Our apartment is self-contained, with a private front entrance from Main St. The apartment is above our clothing store, so easy access to us if you have any questions. Parking - We have parking directly behind the building, and there's a large village parking lot in back as well. We are available if you have any needs or questions, but otherwise you won't hear from us. We like to give you your space. East Aurora is a unique village, with a well known history in western New York - Elbert Hubbard and his Roycrofters brought East Aurora to fame in the early 1900's Arts and Crafts Movement. With the restoration of the Roycroft Inn and many of the original buildings of the Roycroft Campus, East Aurora has seen a nice resurgence overall. It's a great little village to explore, with many galleries, museums, restaurants and pubs, plus a nice selection of small retail shops. Outdoor activities are abundant... We can direct you to great parks in the area, primitive or not, for hiking and biking, or simply picnicking with a bottle of wine! - Knox Farm State Park is right outside of town - Letchworth State Park - good alpine skiing nearby - EA's very own hockey and skating rink is two blocks away. We both grew up here in East Aurora, and we love the area. EA is a great little town. East Aurora is quite 'walkable' - our end of town, within blocks, is full of great shops, restaurants, and galleries. The 'far' end of town (1 mile) has a good variety of pubs, and a couple of plazas for essentials. Midtown, you'll find galleries, a museum, and The Roycroft Inn, our famed historic inn and restaurant. We have a small cab company (daytime), as well as Uber, here in town, so you won't be left stranded in any case! We're sorry, we cannot allow pets.
