Spacious private suite in Urbana’s historic downtown corridor with lots of amenities. Can sleep up to 4 guests. Room is climate controlled and has WiFi and cable television. Also has kitchenette w sink, mini fridge and microwave. Private porch is available in season with walking gardens. Pantry with complimentary coffee and water available. Laundry facility is also available for guests at no charge. The Inn has been in business for ten years with excellent reviews. I strive to offer the cleanest, most comfortable experience possible. The Inn has a private parking lot behind the facility for all guests to use. Enjoy a stroll through the garden spaces or some relaxing time on the second story, front porch. There is also a “pantry” open 24 hrs for complimentary hot drinks and bottled water as well as snacks available for purchase. The facility is owner occupied and available for any requests. Suites have a guest book with additional information including a contact phone number. Suites are all private so interaction is at guests preference. Located one block from lots of charming, locally owned restaurants and shops and a downtown that is full of great architecture, a historic movie theater and frequent events. Also within miles of fantastic sites like Ohio caverns, Cedar bog, Mad river for canoeing and kayaking, Mad river mountain for skiing, Grimes aviation museum, and more.
