4 Bedrooms w/ Amenities Galore

One of the best features of our home is the super size deck w/ a view of the sound. Equipped with a gas grill this deck provides tons of extra outdoor dining and lounging space. With three floors, there's enough space and privacy for everyone. On main floor(2nd floor) you'll find the kitchen, dining space, and living room. This large open area is spacious enough for the whole family to hang out together comfortably. Also, on the main floor you will find two bedrooms. These two bedrooms both have a queen bed & a TV w/Netflix. Also, on this floor is the main bath. This bath is divided, separating the toilet and shower/tub in one room with a door dividing the sinks in a separate room. It makes the bathroom family friendly by allowing accessibility to more than one person at a time. This area is also where you will find a full size washer & dryer. The large master retreat makes up the entire third floor. With a large bedroom & study/sitting room. Our master retreat is a real escape especially when traveling w/multiple families. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV(w/Netflix), private bath, and private balcony. The study has a sofa, additional TV, and a desk. The kiddos and parents alike will love the first floor bedroom aka the game-room. Besides the foyer this room is the only room on the bottom floor. Kids can be kids in their own space. This room is furnished with a queen bed and set of twin bunk beds. We created a room our kids & grand kids would be excited about. The game-room has a smart TV w/Netflix, XBOX and a table for playing board games and coloring. The kids won't complain when you say it's time to leave the beach and head back home. The Surf Castle is filled with lots of extras to make your vacation rental seem like a home away from home. We provide tons of extras like beach towels & beach bags. You'll find supplies for the littles like, 2 baby gates for the stairs, a pack n play, a booster highchair seat & more. Besides all of the awesomeness inside, the Surf Castle has extra bonus areas outside the house. We have a 2 car garage which is ideal for storing all your extra beach & sports gear, or for parking a 3rd car. Also, outside the back door, there is a lower level patio and a grass area for kids to play. We've stocked the Surf Castle w/ kayaks, paddle-boards, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, sand toys, pool floats, tennis rackets and more. The Surf Castle is located at Buena Vida townhouses. Our complex has a large community pool, small private beach, fishing dock, and a tennis court available to all guests.
