Private Queen Room in New Haven

A small, simple house in New Haven village right off of 27 Mile and Gratiot. This is a bi-level house (living room and kitchen are sub-terrestrial) so climbing stairs will be necessary. There are 1.5 baths and the full bath is reserved exclusively for guests. All areas (excluding the master bedroom) of this 2-story home are open to guests and are free for use at leisure. All rooms and areas excluding the master bedroom are open and free to use by guests. Additionally, the back yard is open for use as desired. I am available at all times to guests through my ph (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) I am also the primary resident so guests may find me at home at certain times of the day. We are directly off of Gratiot Avenue and 27 Mile road. It is a nice and somewhat secluded area not far from I-94. We live in small, quiet neighborhood with little traffic and very little noise. Enjoy the open air and quaint atmosphere! A personal vehicle is always welcome. We have a driveway with an auto shelter reserved for guests or, if they wish, or guests may park on the street in the cul-de-sac.
