Best view of the beach! This beautiful two bedroom/two bath condo is located with the nicest view of the beach. The living room has new furniture with a big screen TV, VCR/ DVD. The sofa is a bed in the living room and there is a nice recliner for lounging and getting comfortable. Southern view of the pool and beach. Recently remodeled kitchen with new appliances and cabinets. Open floor plan with amazing views of the beach. The bathrooms were also remodeled and a large walk in shower in the master bathroom. King-size bed in the master bedroom with TV and twin beds in the guest bedroom. Walk out to the balcony from both bedrooms. Nice chaise lounge on the balcony along with table and chairs. Great for a cup of coffee in the morning or a pina colada at sunset. South Seas Towers amenities include a guard gated entrance, a large, heated pool and fitness room. Tennis/Pickleball courts and boat docks are available through the private South Seas Club. Reservations for both are required. South Seas NorthWest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $50 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. Effective January 1st, 2022 their fee will increase to $100. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week) Just a short walk from the condo is Tigertail Beach. Amenities included a picnic area, playground, and concession stand offering beach equipment rentals, food, and drinks. Go fishing, rent a kayak, or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach. NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
