Charming Renovated Farmhouse on 6 Ac near hiking

Welcome to our renovated farmhouse! The house itself & the old chicken farm predate the town of Margarettville, next to the expansive Pepacton Resevoir. Our farmhouse offers two bedrooms and one full-bath, with a master bedroom overlooking the sprawling 6 acre property. Enjoy the original farmhouse floors & a wood-burning stove. Walk the grounds and take in the panoramic views of the Catskills, or stay cozy inside near the fire. The guests will be the only ones staying at the house & have access to all areas (about from one small area that is locked by the owner). Susanna is available anytime for questions/concerns. You will need a car to get around, in the winter months we recommend a 4WD for getting around the area. Dogs are considered so please let us know prior to arrival, if you plan on bringing your furry friends. A one-time pet fee of $50 applies.
