Nice, private 2 room basement apartment in Ambridge. Easy access to St Hwy 65 to get to Pitt Int Airport, Shell plant parking, downtown Pittsburgh. Several restaurants, pharmacy and quaint shops along with Old Economy Village. Local parks with trails are listed in our Guidebook, along with other local attractions, churches and shopping. The apartment is a two room area with private entrance and bath. There is a full size bed and a sofa in the BR/LR. For work space there is a typing desk with fold up sides to expand the space, a small end table or the kitchen table with two fold up leaves. Wall mounted Roku 32" TV which is easy to view from the bed or sofa. A ceiling fan and a small portable heater for your comfort. Extra blanket. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, portable double burner, and a coffee maker. Tableware and cooking utensils are on shelf and in cabinets. The bathroom has a stand up shower and there are toiletries available if you need them. Hair dryer and first aid kit are in the bathroom. Guests have access to 2 room apartment. Apt door is marked #2 and has digital lock for guest's privacy. Separate door marked "Private" in entry is not for guest use. If you have a question or need anything please contact through Air BnB. I'll be available if you need anything. Our immediate area boasts Old Economy Village and several antique shops, right in town. If you walk into town, be prepared, we are up a hill so there's that, on the way back. There are nearby restaurants, Maple Restaurant, and Bridgetown tap house, along with several pizza and wing places. Many restaurants are offering delivery and pick up service. Several convenience stores and CVS and Rite Aid. And of course, like every other small town, a Dollar General. The closest grocery is Shop N Save, about a 5 min drive. During Covid-19, some hours and openings have changed. 25 min drive to Pittsburgh, with it's many sights and universities. 15 min to RMU, Pgh Int Airport and Shell parking lots. Lyft & Uber, if operating. Public transportation is within walking distance to go to Pgh, Monaca, Sewickley and other areas. For outdoor nature activity there are several parks in the area.
