The Cave at Sprucewood Manor is our luxe ground level guest suite. Located within in the exclusive Sedgefield Golf Community which is home to the PGA Wyndham Championship. Sedgefield is located in SW Greensboro, North Carolina. This private 2/1 suite includes a seperate private entrance, private 120" theatre w/ Roku, pool table, kitchenette/bar, 2 queen bedrooms, and a 3 piece bathroom. Sprucewood Manor is a spacious 3 level home & inn. As the homeowners, we occupy the 2 floors above the guest suite 24/7 & you'll have private use of the lower level. This property is a short 5-10 min drive to dining, shopping, & much more. You won't have to go far to explore the piedmont triad. Our shared amenities include the large screened lanai & patio area with pool (pool open June-Sept 7) & laundry area which is located just before your the entry to the suite. The property is full of nature. In the spring & summer, keep an eye out on our hummingbird garden. NOTE: Amidst Covid-19, common outdoor areas will not be shared at the same time and are available to our registered guests. Please also remember our "no visitors" policy. Lay back & take in a movie, concert, or game on the huge 120" theatre screen with Roku. Take a little time to perfect your skills at the pool table. Each of the 2 guest bedrooms feature a comfy queen bedroom. The single bathroom is equipped with an easy entry shower with handheld shower head & toilet has bidet feature. The kitchenette/ bar area includes a full fridge/ freezer, double burner glass cooktop, drip coffee pot, elec. tea kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware, and dinnerware for 4. 😷COVID 19: You are important to us! In the midst of this pandemic, we are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure our home is clean and healthy by fully sanitizing after each guest. Early check ins and late check outs can no longer be accommodated due to the lengthy turn over process. We will remain masked during your tour and we ask that you and your group remain masked as well. IMPORTANT INFO: Total max capacity: 4 Every guest must be named and accounted for on your reservation total headcount. Provide full names of guests, as listed on Govt issued ID no later than 48 hrs before check in. No outside visitors are permitted due to insurance. ID verified at check in. To add a someone after check in, a $50/ per person/ per night fee will me applied. Communication: Be sure to download the app and we will maintain all contact through VRBO messaging. This ensures you reservation is fully protected by VRBO. Not Childproofed: We can only welcome adults and well behaved kids, ages12 and up. No Pets/ Animals: Due to heath and safety concerns, animals are not permitted in this property. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the home. Household Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am We still welcome you to enjoy all indoor amenities within reasonable volume levels during these hours. Stay Neighborly: This is a quiet golf course community with surrounding neighbors. Volume levels and content must be considered and respected when enjoying outdoor common areas at ALL times. Before Arrival: Please provide your ETA & ensure we are updated with any changes. We always greet and provide a tour at check in. Early Check In/ Late Check Out: May be accommodated if requested 24 hours in advance. Fees are $50/ per hour (2 HR max depending on availability). Check Out Instructions Before Departure: Info located in the Welcome Guide on the bar. To keep cleaning/sanitizing fees low, guests are expected to wash used dishes, wipe spills and messes behind your group, put used towels in hamper, leave linens on beds, turn all lights and electronics off, communicate with your host to inform when you leave so cleaners can complete their process. Travel Insurance & Cancellations: Ensure you and your vacation are protected by reaching out to your travel insurance provider promptly upon booking. Refunds are issued according to the cancellation policy associated with each reservation. A charge back may result in loss of all funds plus additional legal & reprocessing fees. Disputes must 1st be resolved between owner and guest. Security: This property features 24/7 video security monitoring of all entrances to the home. Any effort to tamper with, disable, redirect, or obscure any portion of the security system is a felony & will be handled as such. Use of security equipment is consistent with local law and does not hinder privacy.
