Our house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each of them stylish and comfortable. Our rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you might need. Three of our five rooms have a 4K TV, perfect for a cozy movie night! This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay, making your stay easy and safe. Our house is conveniently located near Wintergreen Lake and a short 12 minute drive to Downtown New Haven. More than a acre of a lot near wintergreen lake (1 minute drive) and about 12 minutes away from downtown New Haven. Why the additional charges for the increase number of guests? Similar to the Hotel and general Vacation Rental industry, there are added costs associated per each additional guest.
