Cozy waterfront cottage on Lake Palestine. One bedroom with a comfortable king bed and 40 inch television equipped with Hulu and Netflix, one bathroom, kitchen fully stocked with Keurig coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator and stove. Living room area has a great view of the lake with a love seat, small bar table with two bar stools, electric fireplace and 50 inch television. We have a propane grill and patio furniture on the outside deck. Washer and dryer use available. Entering the cottage, you’ll be greeted by large windows opening up to views of Lake Palestine! Expansive waterfront views set the tone for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. The cottage is 863 square feet with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living area, outdoor deck and boat dock. Master bedroom: King bed | Television equipped with Netflix & Hulu Living area: Love seat | Television equipped with Netflix & Hulu | Small bar style dining table with two barstools | Electric fireplace Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Dishes, pots, pans silverware, cups, plates, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and cooking utensils. Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster oven. Outdoor space: There is a grill, a patio deck with a loveseat and two chairs. For boaters: Boat launch is only a few houses down and free to use for a day fishing trip. Please note there is no access granted on the boat dock outside the property. Kayaks: We have a double kayak for you to use during your stay. WIFI: WiFi is available throughout the house. Washer/dryer: There is a small stackable washer and dryer for use. Lake conditions: Please be advised we do not have control over the volume of flying insects as they vary depending on the weather. After rainy storms the mosquitos enjoy the lake front as much as we do. Please be sure to bring your bug spray with you. Outdoor security cameras in front of house. However, we do not keep the security cameras on to respect your privacy during your stay.
