In the summertime, you can swim and use the dock, a canoe, and two kayaks at nearby Sawyer Pond. The home offers a half mile of Sawyer Pond frontage, accessed via a walking trail. Come winter, enjoy ice fishing for brook trout on the pond, great downhill skiing on nearby Big Squaw Mountain, and cross-country skiing on Appalachian Mountain Trails. There's 50 acres all around this home for guests to enjoy. Use the fully equipped kitchen to whip up a meal for the whole family and, in the evening, be lulled to sleep by the sound of the nearby brook. What’s nearby: Numerous lakes, mountains, and hiking trails are all within close proximity of this home. Take a short walk through Park Lake Woods to go swimming in the pond, and find maintained trails across 53 acres of woodlands. In this spot just three miles from the center of Greenville, you'll still be close to restaurants, shops, and other amenities and conveniences.
