Our lovely home has many conveniences to make your stay a relaxing experience. We are frequent travel renters ourselves and know what makes a stay more enjoyable! For truck drivers needing a space to park for a couple days, we also own a business across the street from this residence that has a secure fenced-in 2 acres where guests are able to park trucks! *Please note, we require a signed Guest Agreement, Credit Card Authorization form, and photo ID prior to check-in.* Our home is a 3-bedroom family-friendly environment. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-sized bed, and one bedroom is furnished with two twin-sized beds. A TV is included, and wifi is provided for our guests. Each bathroom will have towels available for guest use. As well as all kitchen appliances provided for guest convenience, an in-house laundry room is available in the downstairs area. Our guests have access to the entire home and lot. In-house laundry room is available in downstairs area. Although the basement area is accessible for laundry, it is an unfinished basement and not intended to be a living area. Although we give our guests their space, we are always available to help if they have a problem or a concern. Our guests have the property to themselves, but if our guests need assistance or have questions, this home is close to where we live and our business is across the street. Even during business hours, we can reply very quickly! Guests can feel free to contact us by phone number or email. This location is close to attractions such as Gary Rail Cats Baseball Stadium, Albanese Candy Factory, Olson group, Good Success, Star plaza theater, Southlake Mall, Deep River Waterpark, Countyline Orchard and more. There are also many restaurants in merrillville within 7 minutes of our home. Parking space for 3 vehicles on property. We recommend personal transportation as the most convenient way to get around the area. For guests that do have a personal vehicle, Uber is also an available option. This home includes a small fire pit that guests may use! We own the 3 acres and business across the street with conference room space available for people at an additional fee ($50 min) or small auditorium that can hold up to 80 if needed, prices are negotiable.
