RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from April 9th to April 16th require a one-time per person Resort Fee of $33 The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests age 9 and under are exempt Guests age 33 and older are exempt Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Resort Fee is specific to the dates March 1 to April 17 and does not apply to any other time of the year. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT During the month of March until Easter 2022, the home/resort owners require a Refundable Damage Deposit of $630. The damage deposit will be collected by the rental company at check-in. The damage deposit is payable in cash or by credit card.
