We are excited to host your getaway! Nestled in the middle of Catskill Mountains: spring camping, summer hiking, fall foliage, winter skiing are all just a short drive away. Hang out with friends in the large living room, cook something great in the gorgeous modern kitchen, or relax on our decks, the choice is yours to make! We are less than half hour away from Windham and Hunter Mountain yet conveniently close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants in the town of Cairo and Catskill. Our cabin will accommodate 8 person comfortably with our large living room, 8-seat dining table, patio and spacious kitchen. There is even an activity space in the living room for you to stretch out and exercise if you feel like it. Our hot tub seats a maximum of 6 people. Our cabin is well equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Our gorgeous modern kitchen has 2 full size ovens for you to bake that recipe you have always wanted. We have great Wi-Fi throughout the house. Our TV has Chromecast and Airplay for you to watch your favorite shows. In the summer, we will open our large above ground pool for you (between Memorial Day and Labor Day) to soak in the sun, splash around or get some exercises in. Right outside the dinning room is a large deck with furnished gazebo with a BBQ. We also have a fire pit in the back for you to enjoy the warm summer nights with dark starry skies. We do allow up to 2 pets. A flat fee of $50 will need to be added to your stay and we would also like you to review and agree to our pet policy before checking in. Please contact us. We have four security camera pointed outward of house on four corners, including the swimming pool for safety reasons. We run on a septic system please don’t put anything into the toilets except toilet paper. Round Top is a treasured quiet resort area of the Catskills region. There is a feeling of seclusion here, but the rest of the world is just a short distance away. We have two ski slopes (<30 minutes away) Windham and Hunter in the winter. In the summer, there are lakes/rivers around which you can kayak or swim in. You can get your regular groceries at Cairo/Catskill 10-15 minutes away. - PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING TO BOOK 1. Renter(s) agree contact host for any pets and agree to pet fee and will review our pet policy before check-in 2. The premises shall be used by renter(s) for residential purposes only and Renter(s) shall peacefully and quietly occupy the place and will not use it for any activities, which are contrary to any law, ordinance and/or any applicable health and/or fire department, or insurance policy provisions. 3. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Owners of said premises, shall NOT be liable for any damages or any injury to Renter(s) or their family and friends, from whatever cause arising from occupancy of said premises by Renter(s) and their family and friends. It is further understood and agreed that Owners shall not be responsible for any personal property left by Renter(s) at said premises. 4. This home is posted as 'NO-SMOKING', please respect this and smoke only outside the premise and do not leave cigarette butts on premises. Please be mindful of the environment and fire danger. Outdoor fire not contained in the firepit or BBQ grills is NOT permitted anywhere in the property. 5. Renter(s) agree that the place will be occupied by the number of people discussed in our correspondence. 6. Renters agrees to leave the property as they found it. If extensive damage is caused, renter(s) agree to compensate owner for that damage before departure. 7. Renters must follow ALL RULES regarding hot tub and pool, if any excessive dirtiness is caused by the renter during the stay, a charge of $500 will be charged to the stay - BY CONTINUING ON WITH YOUR BOOKING, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE.
