The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. Shampoo is provided. Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to the shuttle, golf carts, fitness facility, bonfires and bike rentals are not available to private renters. Pools and hot tub are accessible and pool towels are provided to guests in the unit. Free Amenities: Use of pools and jacuzzi; access with your key - we provide pool towels. You also can visit the restaurant and bars. NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz county, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning. Room keys 2 room keys are provided for your use. We charge $100 for key replacement. The front desk will not rekey lost keys. They will charge $100 per key to rekey. Be mindful of not storing them by your cellphone to avoid demagnetizing them. Be sure to put the keys back in the lock box upon departure.
