Mill House: Near Downtown CDA, Ideal for Families

Mill House is completely remodeled and centrally located only 1.7 mi to Downtown CDA and ½ mile to Kootenai Hospital, close to the lake, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Featuring 4 bedrooms with sleeping for 8-10 (+ extra sofa bed in the living room) the house features a beautiful kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, a children’s play area, and a large back yard. This is the perfect retreat for one or two families vacationing or just exploring northern Idaho. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the home between stays for the safety of our guests. We supply shampoo, soap, some basic toiletries, and Keurig coffee. (There is a Keurig machine and standard coffee pot.) Working from home? The house has high-speed Wifi with up to 200 Mbs download speeds. There are two Roku televisions in the home with complimentary Hulu access. (You can log into private streaming accounts as well, or connect a laptop).
