The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house. Unique room with a nod the the nautical theme. Old tug boat rope around the ceiling, canoe paddles on the shiplap wooden walls , and photos of sailing boats . Great glass walls with a view of trees and sky and lots of natural light. Cozy up to read in the armchair or jump in bed and watch TV from the comfort of a king sized bed. A black and white bathroom has oversized tub and large shower . Great private deck creates another space to enjoy the outdoors ! Old pine floors and a cedar shake wall makes this an amazing room to stay in! There is toy small poodles that live on the property ! Bbq and covered dining area , private balcony, front garden with firepit! I am readily available to meet guests however it is a keyless entry and self check in . Steps to a great beach, 15 minutes to Collingwood , the Spa and Blue Mountain, less than 2 km to grocery stores, Starbucks, liquor store etc ! Great quiet, tree lined street historic neighbourhood ! Parking on premises and best to get around with a car. Also great biking trails ! Please enter thru the coveted eating area and go up the back deck stairs
