The sunroom is currently getting a refresh, and the price reflects that condition. 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed each, 1 bedroom has 1 twin bed. There is also a futon, a recliner, and a small kitchen table. Walk-out directly to a grassy backyard, burn pit, and the lake. The property is just 1-hour from downtown Chicago, but feel like a million miles away. This home boasts clean, and cozy spaces perfect for working or studying from home in style. 3 private bedrooms, and quaint living spaces are perfect for quality time and quiet. 200 MBps Wifi shared between two homes. You will have the whole house, backyard, and dock to yourself. Enjoy! We own 2 houses next door to each other, so if I'm out and about at the other property, I might say hi! Quiet hours 9pm-7am. Absolutely no parties allowed. Grocery stores, restaurants, and all conveniences are within a 5-15 minute drive. Street parking. Please be considerate of the neighbor's spaces.
