The Riverside Bungalow is a beautiful three bedroom, two bath, ranch-style home with mature shady landscape and a sprawling backyard (perfect for volleyball, croquet, or a fun game of kickball) all directly on the Sebastian River. Add to that a sandy beach area, a relaxing tiki bar for entertaining with space to dock two boats, and you have the perfect location for an authentic Florida family get-away! As our guest, you will enjoy a large completely furnished kitchen, separate dining area, game room with pool table, spacious comfortable living area that opens up to a large screened in lanai, tastefully decorated bedrooms, and a master suite and bath that opens to a sun deck for enjoying a cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise or dining al fresco as the sunsets on the river. Cable and WiFi are provided. There are smart TV's in each bedroom and living area. The home sleeps six guests comfortably with a separate game room for the big and little kids to enjoy. You will find a king bed in the master, queen bed in the second guest room, and two twin beds in the third. We proudly offer a smoke-free home, onsite laundry facility, covered parking, and quick access to Sebastian, local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. We are also located just minutes from the Sebastian Sandbar, a local favorite. Hop in your boat and enjoy all the river has to offer. The Sebastian area is famous for its year-round fishing on the St. Sebastian River, the Indian River Lagoon, or the Atlantic Ocean. Several easily accessible boat ramps and parking facilities nearby. Sebastian has that small town old Florida vibe. If you are not familiar with the Florida Treasure Coast or the Sebastian River area, you are in for a treat! This is where sea turtles nest, manatees frolic, dolphins play, pelicans roost and tons of birds, fish and nature lovers enjoy the Sebastian River. You will find Pelican Island here; the country's first Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge. Despite the laid back feel, you can always find something to do! Golfers will find several courses in the area. There are free concerts in the park during the spring, and other events (Frog leg festival, Seafood festival, Clambake, Arts and Crafts shows etc) are scheduled throughout the year – there’s always something going on in Sebastian or nearby Vero Beach! And if you tire of the peace and quiet and are ready to adventure out further, all of the Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Harry Potter’s world and other theme parks and attractions of Orlando are just 90 minutes away or head an hour north to tour the Kennedy Space Center. This is a private home with two smaller apartments on the same property, with two long term residents.
