Close to everything the area has to offer including Chautauqua Institution, snow-mobile trails, and restaurants, shops, and stores. Main floor bedroom, Queen, and bath. Finished basement area sleeps two! Loft four! The home is professionally managed by the VanDyke Agency LLC. Cleaning is handled by a professional cleaning company to ensure quality. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting is taking place between each arrival. We provide towels, washcloths, and toiletry items! Beds are made and set with mattress covers, sheets, and pillow cases. We do not provide blankets and pillows due to the impracticality of laundering and disinfecting between every stay. Please remember to bring them! Kitchens are stocked with all the essential plates, glasses, cookware, etc. Bring food and drink and enjoy! Minimum age for primary Guest is 25. Photo ID for verification is required.
