The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, hand mixer,2 blenders, pressure cooker, and toaster. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, iron/ironing board, fans, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: This townhome is conveniently located in the heart of Manistee. Only one mile to Lake Michigan and a 5 minute walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, festivals, and everything Manistee has to offer. Take your pick, you are near it all! This rental is professionally managed by Boardwalk Vacation Rentals. There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival information is sent prior to your check-in date which will provide directions, parking and entry information for the property. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
