25min drive to DODGE RIDGE! Getaway from it all at our Cozy Cabin nestled in the trees of the Sierra. Enjoy your privacy! Sip morning coffee, amazing sunsets, star-filled nights from the oversized deck. This 3 BR, 2.5 BA home w/vaulted ceiling & rock fireplace is the perfect setting for your relaxing getaway. Enjoy the large GAME ROOM downstairs w/pool table, ping pong & bar. Black Oak 10 min, Leland meadows/Pinecrest 25 min away! (Sorry, NO PETS, PARTIES or SMOKING allowed, wood not provided). Our cabin is located off a dirt/gravel road. It seasonally can have pot-holes so be prepared. 4WD recommended in winter if there’s snow. There are 3 Window A/C units in summertime. There are 2 flights of stairs going up to the front door. You may enter through the front door then walk downstairs to the garage (below the game room) to manually open the garage door for an easier way to bring in your belongings. Driveway, stairs and road typical for the area. Message me anytime during your stay or text/call me when you arrive with any questions (my number is in the guest book!) No Pets (owner is highly allergic), No Parties, Large groups or Smoking allowed. Upon arrival there is a Steep, uphill driveway (typical to area) to the garage and there is also a flat, circular driveway in front of the house with a flight of stairs up to the garage or deck stairs, both have parking. Home can be entered through the garage and up 2 fights of stairs to the main living area, or take the staircase outside from the driveway to the front door, main living area. In the Winter: Some wood is provided for your first build. You must bring your own firewood for use after that. In the Summer: There are 3 Window A/C units, ceiling fans in every room as well as mobile oscillating fans to stay cool. Please Open the windows at night to circulate cooler air & keep them closed during the hotter part of the day. Consider bringing bug spray/repellent for outdoor activities.
